Keep your home safe with a password 

Protect your home from scammers and bogus callers. Choose a password for us to use when we call or visit so you can be sure it's us.

Water delivered to you if supply is interrupted

If your water supply is going to be off for more than six hours, we’ll do our best to make water available to you in other ways. If you have limited mobility or rely on water for medical reasons, we may deliver bottled water directly to your home.

Communicating with you in different formats

We can send your bills and letters in large print, Braille and audio CD. We also offer Text Relay and British Sign Language video translation.

Extra support

If you need more time to answer the phone or door let us know. We can also read your water meter if you're unable to do it yourself.

Nominate someone to manage your account
